How long will it take to get my order?
Our orders take 10 to 15 days for international destinations and 3 to 5 days for domestic orders.
Can you make returns?
Returns are only accepted for products with manufacturing defects and exchanges only for another size. Currently, we only have returned within the US, we hope to expand this policy later for international shipments.
What is the deadline to make a return or exchange and how do I do it?
The deadline for returning or exchanging the product is 3 to 5 days after receiving the package, you must send the product with its respective labels, original packaging, and to the address provided.
When will I receive a refund for my return?
Your refund will be issued usually 7 to 10 working in their original payment method.
Who pays the shipping costs for returns?
In case of a return, the customer will bear the shipping costs.

Any purchase from our online store can be paid by credit/debit card, by bank transfer, or by Paypal.
If I pay by transfer, will it take longer to receive my purchase??
When paying by transfer, the payment can take up to 48 hours on business days. The shipment will be made at the time the money is received in our account.
